Refund policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING €10 FLAT FEE 

ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 2-5 WORKING DAYS NATIONALLY VIA FASTWAY COURIERS

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. Styled By: Sarah Rickard shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING VIA AN POST REGISTERED €25

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items will be thoroughly inspected upon return. Prior to sending your return, please read the below and the conditions of goods sections. Item(s) must be in original condition Clothing must be unwashed and unworn with original ticketing.

Footwear must be returned in the original box with no signs of wear to the soles.

Please take extra care when trying on your item(s), as we cannot refund any items that are marked or tainted with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, perfumes or body odours. You must also return your item with the label still attached.

 

How do I return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return the products in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels. You have to pay for the cost of returning the products. Please include the packing slip with order number and name and address.

How soon will I get my refund?

We aim to process refunds within five business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed by crediting the original method of payment. Please be aware that it can take a further 2 - 10 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account. Please do not contact us regarding your refund unless you have not received notification that we have received your item within 10 days of sending your item to us.

International Returns

If you are making an international return (from outside the EU) please be aware we will NOT pay any customs charge on returning items. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure charges are paid before returning. Returns requiring customs charges to be paid at our end will not be accepted and remain with the postal service, the parcel will be returned to you the sender within 21 days.

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
